The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma of roasted almonds is accompanied by hints of mown meadow. On the palate it is full-bodied, long, citrusy with a tangy acidity. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and well suited for pairing with light preparations of fish, poultry and vegetable salads. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
