The wine is greenish-yellow in colour. Tropical fruity aromas of pineapple and green peaches are complemented by herbal notes. On the palate it is long with tangy acidity and a hint of grapefruit peel with cinnamon on the finish. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing as it was aged in a wooden barrel.
